The 2023 Rattlesnake Avoidance Clinic, will be held at the dog park on
the road just West of the main park. Look for the sign with the dog silhouette.

1. The cost for initial training is $110. Refresher training is $85. Make your check payable to Friends of Western Gateway Dog Park or pay using the Paypal portal on our Donate page. (Just be sure to note that you used Paypal on your registration form.)
2. Download the Registration plus Waiver & Release forms below. (There will also be forms at the dog park.)
3. Once completed, mail all the paperwork and payment to:

We will try to accommodate your desired training time but appointments are scheduled as we receive your paperwork. Please watch your email for confirmation and clinic time.
